Breathing shouldn’t feel like a full‑time job.

If you’re dealing with chronic or recurring lower respiratory issues - bacterial infections, COPD, asthma, or persistent bronchitis - Richie’s can help.

Tired of expensive inhalers that still leave you short of breath or don’t seem to reach deep into your lungs? It might be time to look beyond “just another inhaler” and rethink your treatment plan.

At Richie’s, we work with both commercially available medications and custom‑compounded options to support:

Nebulized therapies that can deliver medicine deeper into the lungs

Difficult‑to‑find or back‑ordered formulations

More adherence‑friendly dosing strategies

If your current regimen isn’t cutting it and you’re constantly battling flare‑ups, it’s time to reassess instead of endlessly refilling more of the same.

If you’re struggling with any of these issues, reach out. We’ll collaborate with you and your prescriber to explore practical, evidence‑based options that fit your lungs, your life, and your goals.

We remain deeply rooted in anti-infective care - that’s been a core part of Richie’s since day one. But we’re equally committed to advancing broad wellness strategies that go far beyond treating infections. Our team has spent years refining approaches across nasal health, sublingual peptide therapy, metabolic support, and other wellness-focused solutions.

If you want to build or expand a wellness program similar to what we do at Richie’s, we’re an open book. Formulations, workflow, counseling language, patient-facing education - we’re happy to share anything we do with anyone worldwide.

Richie’s has seen a noticeable uptick in prescribers requesting corticosteroid, antihistamine, anticholinergic, and mucolytic therapies delivered topically through the nasal route for patients dealing with non-infective nasal issues.

These options can be valuable for patients already using:

• Nasal corticosteroids
• Nasal or oral antihistamines
• Nasal anticholinergics
• Nasal or oral mucolytics
• Oral Montelukast
• Nasal irrigation systems to clear debris and improve airflow

If you’d like to speak with our team about these therapies or any service we offer, click below and we'll reach out!

No compounded medication is reviewed by the FDA for safety/efficacy. Therefore, we believe it is important to engage a PCAB-accredited compounding pharmacy for all of your compounding needs. Richie’s is proud to be one such pharmacy.

⚠️ An Alabama circuit court issued a temporary restraining order against a Cullman infusion clinic accused of injecting patients with research-grade tirzepatide and semaglutide not intended for human use while claiming they were FDA-approved.

The state’s Attorney General is seeking a permanent ban and restitution for patients who reported injuries. Read more: https://www.safemedicines.org/2025/11/nov-17-2025.html.

DON'T DO IT!!!!!

As a pharmacy that has served Texas since 1999, we've met with gym owners, personal trainers, and “peptide providers”.

Here’s the bottom line: there is no legitimate regulatory pathway in the U.S. for someone to sell you peptides for human use without a prescription. None.

What you’ll see instead are vials and products labeled things like:

“For research use only”

“Not for human use”

“For animal use only”

If anyone is handing you a product with those labels and then turning around and telling you to inject it or take it yourself, that’s a massive red flag.

Texas (and the nation) has a lot of excellent, legitimate healthcare providers. You have options. But if someone is selling you a peptide without a prescription, run.

Ask yourself one simple question:

Would you inject or swallow a drug that literally says
“NOT FOR HUMAN USE” or “ANIMAL USE ONLY” on the label?

To us, that’s not edgy or “biohacking.”
It’s just illogical.

New data out this week just reinforces what obesity medicine has been saying for years: GLP-1s are chronic-disease meds. When people stop them, they typically regain a significant amount of weight and lose many of the cardiometabolic benefits.

For many patients, that means thinking of GLP-1 medication as a long-term, possibly lifetime tool - much closer to treating blood pressure than doing a 12-week “diet”.

For those who are good candidates but don’t want weekly injections, compounded sublingual semaglutide in SubMagna® HMW offers a needle-free, under-the-tongue option that can be extremely cost-effective at the same time.

Let us know how we can help. We provide the referenced compounded therapy and also readily share our approaches with healthcare providers worldwide.

Compounded medications are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or efficacy.

Four in five people put the weight back on after coming of weight loss jabs, new research has suggested today-and they're not just regaining a few pounds.

Deciding who to use for your compounded medications? Demand PCAB-Accreditation and ask to see their certificates!
If you’re trusting a pharmacy to prepare customized medications for you or your patients, make sure they’ve earned PCAB (Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board) accreditation. It’s the gold standard for verifying that a compounding pharmacy is committed to excellence, rigorous quality standards, validated processes, and ongoing compliance.

Why it matters:

• Higher standards for sterile and non-sterile compounding
• Independent inspections and continual quality audits
• Verified training, processes, documentation, and safety systems
• Confidence that what’s being made is prepared with the highest level of care

PCAB accreditation isn’t a marketing badge — it’s proof that a pharmacy chooses to be held to tougher standards because patients deserve nothing less.

If your health depends on compounded medication, make sure the pharmacy behind it has stepped up to the highest level. Quality isn’t optional.

Tired of daily Sermorelin injections? There’s another option!

Compounded sublingual Sermorelin in SubMagna® HMW delivers the peptide under the tongue - needle-free, easier, and less expensive than the compounded injectables we see on the market.

Why many patients and prescribers prefer it:

• No needles, no mixing
• Quick sublingual dose, then swallow
• Flexible volume-based dosing
• Built on SubMagna® HMW — a permeation-enhancing base designed for high-molecular-weight drugs

We provide this at Richie's and we are happy to share the approach and formula with any healthcare provider worldwide. It's time for a change - make daily injectable Sermorelin shots a thing of the past!
