She was concerned with marionette lines and overall volume loss, so we restored support through the cheeks and softened the lower face. The goal was never to ‘fill’ just to lift and refine. She still looks completely like herself, just refreshed.

Total transparency: this was a 10 syringe transformation… which sounds like a lot, but equals about the volume of a small ketchup packet spread across the entire face.
