Do you ever get "so busy" working in the business that you don't leave time to reflect on how it's going and where are we going? Do we want to be going there? I am a fly by the seat of my pants, make it work, it will be find kinda girl. Wearing all the hats in business was not an ideal strategy and giving up some of those hats is hard! Love me some control. I'm grateful for some moments of slow down to plan for growth, or reframe where I am. As a do-er and fix-er, a good friend encouraged me the other day, sometimes it's me doing less to allow the Holy Spirit to do more. Trying to lean in to that. Thanks M💕

I am now officially seeing patients at Relentless Training Facility as a second location. You know those people in your life who consistently believe in you, support you and help you to get you where you are? Breanne Julian Turner and Scooter Turner are two of those people for me. I couldn't ask for more solid friends and business allies, plus a gym culture that is second to none and feels like home. Thank you for having me on site!
