👻 Beware of these spooky skincare habits that could be haunting your complexion! 🧟‍♀️

1. Sleeping with makeup on – Your skin needs to breathe! Leaving makeup on overnight can clog pores and lead to breakouts.
2. Using dirty makeup brushes – Bacteria buildup on your brushes can cause irritation and blemishes. Make sure to wash them regularly!
3. Over-exfoliating – Too much exfoliation strips away your skin’s natural barrier, leaving it dry and vulnerable. Stick to 2-3 times a week for balance.
4. Neglecting your neck and chest – Don’t forget these areas! They’re prone to aging just like your face, so give them some love with skincare.
5. Sleeping on dirty pillowcases – Oil, sweat, and bacteria build up on your pillowcase can transfer to your skin. Wash them weekly to avoid unwanted breakouts.
6. Not sanitizing your phone – Your phone is a magnet for bacteria, and constantly touching it to your face can cause clogged pores and acne. Wipe it down regularly!

Meet the founder of La Mariposa Wellness Spa - Linette🦋

Linette was an ER nurse at Einstein in Philly for 25 years 😰
🌴She moved to Florida and that’s where she finally decided to try something new - Esthetics! She became an esthetician and immediately knew THIS was her life’s purpose. To make women feel beautiful, confident and secure in their own skin. She took the leap of faith and opened La Mariposa Wellness Spa in 2018 after her lifelong LOVE for butterflies and the idea of transforming someone’s skin/ confidence as a cocoon does to a butterfly. If you’ve ever had a facial before, you know your fellow estie bestie is a listening ear, a person you can vent to, be open with. She then decided to get certified with the John Maxwell team to be a Life Coach! She created this safe space where you can be vulnerable and she can help you not only with your skin, but your life! Linette’s passion is to listen, motivate, inspire and help our clients with not only what’s on the outside, but inside too 💕

She has always been a giver, and if you ever met her then you know she is the sweetest thing since cotton candy ! ( which she also loves)
