Welcoming Joy Schwedler to our healing team!

Joy brings a holistic and effective approach that combines soft tissue manipulation with passive stretching techniques. With a strong background in kinesiology and highly intuitive palpation skills, Joy is able to accurately assess areas of tension and tailor each session to the specific needs for each client.

Her goal is to help every client experience relief from pain, reduced stress, and a greater sense of overall well-being. Joy's passion for healing, intrinsic motivation, and nurturing presence create a safe, calming environment where clients can fully relax, decompress, and experience meaningful progress in their wellness journey.

Joy will be starting mid October and will be offering massage appointments Mondays, Wednesdays and a couple of Saturdays each month. We're pleased to bring on another passionate and skilled therapist and can't wait for you to experience her amazing bodywork 🙏

Sometimes, choosing peace means choosing space. Not out of anger but out of love for yourself.

It’s okay to set boundaries. It’s okay to say no, to take a step back, or to walk away from what unsettles your soul. Even if it disappoints others. Even if it means losing people who don’t honor the respect and care you deserve.
