A new chapter is underway for our team in Japan with the opening of our upgraded Osaka World Courier facility. Customers and team members joined us on site for a first look at the space and a discussion on how World Courier continues to expand its capabilities across Japan.

With 650 square meters of scalable storage and advanced cryogenic capabilities, including liquid nitrogen (LN2) infrastructure, the facility is equipped to support cell and gene therapies (CGTs).

This investment enhances the strength of our global supply chain and supports reliable delivery to patients in even the most complex environments.

Rabia joined Cencora in 2007 on our Diyarbakır team as a cleaner. Driven by her commitment to learn something new every day, she soon stepped into a new chapter as switchboard attendant, and in 2025, she completed her bachelor’s degree while working full‑time.

And Rabia didn’t stop there.

Channeling her passion for learning, she created a mini library in the office. What started as a small idea quickly grew into a meaningful initiative, embraced by leaders and team members who contributed books and encouragement along the way.
