Ohana Yoga We aim to educate you cultivating vitality in cells physically and emotionally. Ohana Yoga was created as a sacred space that is needed.

Our mission is to allow everyone at every age and ability to have Yoga accessible to them. Ohana in Hawaiian means 'Family' or 'Clan'. At Ohana Yoga we want you to always feel as if you are part of the family. We all have special gifts and talents to provide to the world. That will all be respected and cherished as if we were relatives. This is very special to us becausewe want to be able to bring an authenticated Yoga Studio to the community. We are a collective of different yoga teachers in the area that have similar goals and ideals.

As we come into the full moon and eclipse on Sunday 9/7/25, we try to continue to find alignment amidst the chaos of our surroundings.

Sound

One of the ways our cells respond is through the vibration of sound. Good quality vibration of soothing peaceful tones.

Sound can come through an instrument or the voice. in yoga the sound is through chanting mantras. Mantras are put together specifically for activating and enhancing energy centers in the body.

This Friday evening we will be doing a sound bath while simultaneously chanting mantras for grounding, peace, abundance, cellular repair and general chakras.
