Thai massage, swedish relaxation massage and deep tissue massage. Specialized yoga with Thai massage classes. I teach classes and workshops at Jeca Yoga LLC.

I have been practicing massage since "2002", am licensed in New Hampshire as well as Maine, and have my national certification, NCBTMB. My deep interest in Eastern body work brought me to specialize in Thai massage. This is a beautiful type of massage that I describe as assisted yoga and stretching. Wearing loose, comfortable clothing you are on a futon on the floor as I move you through stretches, and gentle yoga poses, utilizing the breath. It is very relaxing and meditative, leaving you feeling calm, balanced and more flexible. I also do traditional relaxation massage and deep tissue, and incorporate essentials oils as well (on request). Practicing yoga has been a passion of mine since the mid "90's", and inspired me to become a certified yoga instructor. in Manchester and at Ohana Yoga in Contoocook. I also do private instruction. Prices for massage;
one hour- $75.00
90 minutes- $95.00
Thai massage- $110.00 90 minutes

75 minute private yoga instruction-$75.00

Yesterday was a snow day allowing for down time to enjoy the beauty of the landscape and create a snow alien.
Back to work today, and letting you know of openings on my schedule Thursday afternoon. Post shoveling massage or yoga is out of this world 👽
