We are thrilled to celebrate CJ as she graduates from therapy here at Spring View Manor! After being away from home for 17 months, CJ has spent the past year with us working hard toward her goals. When she first arrived, she was unable to control her legs or transfer without the use of a Hoyer lift. Through dedication, determination, and the support of her therapy team, CJ has made incredible progress—she is now able to complete controlled leg exercises and transfer with a slide board.

CJ is most excited to return home to spend time with her family, reunite with her two beloved dogs, and get back to her crafting hobbies. She shared how much she appreciated the friendliness of our staff, their willingness to go above and beyond, and how they became like extended family during her stay.

Her biggest takeaway from this journey? “Take one day at a time, keep working, trust the process, and you’ll be able to achieve your goals.”

We couldn’t be prouder of all that CJ has accomplished and can’t wait to see her come back to visit us soon. Congratulations, CJ! 🎉
