After nearly three months with us, Helen is excited to be returning to her independent living home just in time for Christmas. Upon arrival, she was unable to self-transfer and had experienced several falls with injury. Through therapy and hard work, Helen made significant progress and is now transferring independently and safely.

Helen shared how much she loved her therapists, the care she received, and the activities and entertainment offered. She especially appreciated how kind the staff were, which made her feel welcomed and well cared for.

Helen is looking forward to being home with her cat for the holidays. We celebrated her success with an early Christmas treat—Lefsa, one of her favorite snacks. We are proud of the progress Helen has made and wish her continued independence.
