We are excited to welcome Andrea Reyes, LPC to Grace Therapeutics. She is available to provide telehealth services and is credentialed with BCBS, Ambetter, and Qualchoice. Please reach out if you would like to schedule an appointment.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I create a safe and compassionate space for clients to explore their unique stories. Therapy with me is an opportunity for healing, growth, and self-discovery as we work together to challenge limiting beliefs, honor past experiences, and nurture the inner child. I believe in empowering my clients to tap into their inner strength and resilience while pursuing a more vibrant, authentic life.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic and integrative, drawing on a range of modalities including Existential Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Play Therapy. I am deeply committed to the collaborative process, using both somatic and emotional techniques to help clients break free from old patterns and embrace their true selves.

I am privileged to be part of my clients' journeys, supporting them as they courageously face challenges and work towards personal fulfillment and confidence. Together, we move toward a more empowered and meaningful life.

The holidays can be a difficult time for mental health, as many people experience increased stress, anxiety, depression, and substance misuse. Here are some tips to help you manage your mental health during the holidays:

Practice self-care: Be kind to yourself and set realistic expectations.

Plan ahead: Have a plan for what to do if you feel stressed or anxious.

Take breaks: It's okay to say no to conflicting obligations.

Get outside: Fresh air and sunlight can help you relax.

Prioritize therapy: If you're already in therapy, try to keep your appointments.

Accept emotions: It's okay to feel sad, frustrated, or lonely during the holidays.

Connect with loved ones: You can connect with loved ones who are no longer with you through traditions or rituals.

Seek help: Reaching out for mental health therapy is a sign of strength.

Reach out today and let us support you during this Holiday Season!
