The front office of Scroggins & Stone Functional Medicine, along with the Quest Diagnostics lab located within our office, will close at 1130 am Wednesday, March 25 and will be closed all day Thursday and Friday, March 26-27.

During this time, if you need to request a prescription refill, schedule an appointment, or have any questions, please text our office. We will be monitoring and responding to text messages.

Please note:
-The office will be open Wednesday morning for previously scheduled telehealth appointments and lab draws from 8 - 11:30.

-The office will also be open Thursday morning for previously scheduled therapy treatment appointments only.

If you experience a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit a local urgent care or walk-in orthopedic clinic. Both are available in Conway.
If you have lab orders already in place, you may visit any Quest Diagnostics location for your lab draw.

Dr. Scroggins will be out of the office for Spring Break from March 23rd–27th. Please be sure to submit any refill requests, along with any updates to mailing address and CC on file, in advance to avoid delays.

Our office will remain open for Spring Break Monday thru Thursday, and Closed Friday (3/27).

NP Stone will be available in clinic, and lab services will be available also.

Scroggins Family Medicine—soon to be Scroggins & Stone Functional Medicine—is excited to welcome Mrs. Mirela Stone, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She shares Dr. Scroggins’ commitment to holistic, patient-centered care and getting to the root of the problem. Mrs. Stone will offer the same services Dr. Scroggins is known for, including bioidentical hormone therapy, weight loss services, customized peptide therapy, and primary care for the whole family. The clinic will remain vaccine-free and welcomes unvaccinated children. Mrs. Stone will begin seeing patients Monday, February 9th—call today to become an established patient before her schedule fills up.

The office of Scroggins Family Medicine will be open Thursday and Friday. Labs will be available also.
Roads are still bad in some areas as well as our road and parking lot.

The office of Scroggins Family Medicine will be closed Wednesday due to road conditions from inclement weather. Dr Scroggins will be still be attending the telehealths that are scheduled. Please text the office at 501-358-6767 if you need refills or have a visit question. You can also send a message through your patient portal for general questions. The front office staff will be checking/monitoring these messages.

We will continue to monitor the road conditions for furthur delay/reopening.

Our main priority is to keep our coworkers and patients safe while still being able to assist you.
