🩺 December is International Sharps Injury Prevention Month

This month, we’re raising awareness about preventing sharps injuries and promoting safe practices that protect healthcare workers, students, and our community.

🔹 Always use approved sharps disposal containers
🔹 Never recap used needles
🔹 Dispose of sharps immediately after use
🔹 Report any sharps-related incidents promptly
🔹 Practice universal precautions—every time

Safety is everyone’s responsibility. Together, we can reduce risks and create a safer environment for all. 💜

🎁 December is National Safe Toys & Gifts Month!

As we celebrate the season of giving, let’s make sure the toys we share bring joy—not risk. When choosing gifts for kids, remember to:
✔️ Check age recommendations
✔️ Avoid small parts for young children
✔️ Choose sturdy, well-made toys
✔️ Look for safety labels and non-toxic materials
✔️ Ensure batteries and magnets are securely enclosed

Safe play is happy play! 💜
Let’s work together to keep children protected this holiday season.
