Whether you're into art, advocacy, athletics, or anything in between, there's a space for you to get involved and feel supported.

Let’s make this semester about showing up for ourselves and each other. You’re not alone — and you don’t have to do college alone either. See out Linktree in bio for resources.

💌 If you could speak to your younger self, what would you say?

On Tuesday, October 14th from 9 AM – 1 PM at the Thompson Library, join us for Letters to My Younger Self.

This drop-in event invites you to anonymously write a letter, quote, or inspirational message to your younger self, words of hope, wisdom, or encouragement. Your message will be added to a collective project meant to inspire and uplift others in our counseling space.

✨ Sign up to attend through Coastal Connections, or simply stop by anytime between 9–1 to take part.

Sometimes the words we needed back then are the words someone needs today. 💜
