Most supervisors and managers will agree that one of their biggest challenges is managing 'difficult' employees. These situations can be time-consuming and stressful, but they also present an opportunity for supervisors to better support their employees during challenging times.

Join us for this supervisor training to learn effective strategies for handling complex scenarios, gain insight into the EAP program, and conduct self-assessments of your management skills. When supervisors understand and navigate tough situations thoughtfully, it benefits not only their own effectiveness but also helps employees feel supported and understood.

This training is open to all supervisors and managers, regardless of BeWell eligibility or enrollment.

October 10 is World Mental Health Day. It’s a global reminder: mental health is not a luxury—it’s essential. Stigma makes many suffer in silence. Let’s commit today to being more understanding, reaching out, and normalizing getting help. Your story matters, your wellness matters.

Here at UCA, you have access to mental health help in two ways. You can have short-term counseling through our EAP program, or the Community Care Clinic offers mental health counseling as well. Check out our website to learn more!
