If you’re eligible for home healthcare, Medicare covers several services if they are reasonable and necessary for the treatment of an illness or injury.

Medicare covers skilled nursing, therapy services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology, medical social services, and medical supplies as part of your care.

Medicare does not cover 24-hour-a-day care at your home, home meal delivery, homemaker services (like shopping and cleaning) unrelated to your care plan, and custodial or personal care (bathing and dressing) when it is the only care needed. https://www.medicare.gov/coverage/home-health-services
