Today we honor Kyle Preston, our dedicated QA/QC Specialist, as he marks one year since his life-saving transplant. 💚

Every single day, no matter the challenges he faces, Kyle shows up with a smile that lights up the room. His unwavering positivity, resilience, and commitment continue to inspire us all—not just as a teammate, but as a powerful reminder of the impact behind the work we do.

As his supervisor Michele Tucker, Quality Manager, beautifully shared:

🍩 National Donut Day + Quality Culture = Sweet Success at Turbare! 🎉

Today we celebrated National Donut Day the only way we know how—deliciously! 😋 Our breakroom turned into a donut haven with every sprinkle and glaze you could dream of.

But we didn’t stop at treats! 🍩💡

We also dove into Quality Culture Training led by our very own Morgan Strickland, Sr. Director of Innovation & cGMP Manufacturing. With Morgan at the helm, we explored how quality isn’t just a department—it’s a mindset and a core part of who we are.

From frosted donuts to fresh perspectives, we’re building a culture where excellence is the standard—and we have fun doing it!

When production and warehouse with a sprinkle of quality link up with their favorite HR team, you know it’s a whole scrub spectacle!

We had to capture the moment—multiple sets of matching scrubs on full display like a high-fashion lineup at a pharmaceutical-themed runway show. And of course, we couldn’t forget the single-color crew… because no matter the hue, they’re all part of the number 1 crew: Team Turbare!

Let’s be honest, we’re all just trying to be as studious as Carley Marsh, our Production Technician, whose serious hands mean serious business. Could we ever be as cool as Samuel Adris, Warehouse Manager and resident toothpick model—he didn’t choose the cool life, the cool life chose him.
