❄️ The clinic will be closed Wednesday, February 19, 2025, due to hazardous road conditions. We love seeing you in the clinic, but we also must consider the safety of our employees as well as patients attempting to travel to the clinic. That will continue to be our main priority! If you have an appointment scheduled with our clinic today, we'll contact you to reschedule the appointment.
📞 Phone calls will be answered from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. If you call the clinic during this time frame and we do not answer, please leave a message with your child's name and date of birth, your name and telephone number, and the nature of your call. We'll return your call as soon as we can! We ask that phone calls related to medical record requests, billing, or outstanding referrals be held until we return to the clinic. This will allow the phone lines to remain open for those who will be calling about children who are sick.
☎️ Phone calls after 12:00 pm, on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, will need to call medical exchange at 501-329-1199 to be connected to the on call physician or nurse.
