I’ve had a lot of people looking to get their seat for the evening with spirit gallery so I’m sharing the flyer. Anyone else a little relieved to have survived 2025? Holy smokes it was an adventure for me and I’m so excited to see what 2026 has in store! As you go to sleep, thank yourself (a high five) for all you’ve accomplished. Think you didn’t? Look back at your calendar or schedule- I bet you did way more than you realized! Tomorrow your first few thoughts set the tone for what you’re inviting in to the new year, so be mindful. Happy New year everyone!!

I received an email about numerology and shared it with a few friends and one of them sent this back. Sounds about right to me!!!! That means we have a few more weeks to release whatever else is holding us back or are no longer serves us before we start rocking out in 2026!

I am so excited for what I'm working on that I'm sharing it with you in it's infancy. I'm creating a series of workshops to help you better understand who you are, why you are here, exercises to make peace with the people and part of you you don't like and share multiple ways to find healing. There will be a writing component but only you will see it, so I don't care if your handwritting is messy, if you hate how you write, etc. Just show up and lean in and I think you're going to find some amazing peace where you haven't looked yet! There will be in office and remote options, too! Stay tuned!

I have told many of you about when my son was little and he used his $1 to get a fake/dead crow at the dollar store. This crow then needed a nest, which was made out of a twisted tea 6 pack box and crumpled newspaper. It hung the living room for at least a year!🤣🤣🤣
