Join us for our next 6 week Yoga Series which will focus on Rest & Restore. Our sessions are held at The Max, a gorgeous downtown venue in Conway, AR.

Sessions are Monday evenings from 6:30PM-8PM.
The Series begins Jan 8th and ends Feb 12th.

Each session includes a deliciously crafted tea from Rogue Roundabout, a beginner friendly restorative yoga practice, breath-work, meditation and a soundbath.

This class will also offer insights into how we can include restorative practices into our daily lives.
