April Lane is a certified Yin Yoga and Meditation teacher, a graduate student at Harding in the Marriage and Family Therapy program, and a student of the Sounds True Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. April believes in healing, transformation, resiliency, and accessing the intelligence of the mind, body, and spirit to support a balanced state of being. Dr. Ward is a Family Nurse Practitioner who holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree from St. Louis University and has been in practice for over 12 years. He is a part of our team to help patients with anxiety and depression with prescription medication as appropriate and beneficial to the patient.
