Hey, everyone! Some of you may have noticed I have not been as active on social media the past few weeks…. I had someone very near and dear to me receive the diagnosis of Breast Cancer…. And I am SO very thankful for the technology of mammography that can detect Breast Cancer in its earliest stage! 💗

One of my biggest passions and reasons I started is PREVENTATIVE HEALTH!

We are all busy and preoccupied about so many things in our lives… but I would like to encourage you to make your health a priority and complete your recommended preventative health screenings.

Our founder Tracy Lamey, APRN actually completed her first round of training over ten years ago and recently did a refresher course in NYC this past summer. She’s excited to offer this service to her patients! 🤗

One of the most common questions we’ve been asked lately….

Do you see male patients?

YES! Our owner and provider, Tracy Lamey APRN, has practiced for 19 years… and 13 of those years were spent seeing male and female patients in various specialities. She stays up to date on the current treatments and procedures for men and women in the field of preventative and regenerative medicine. 🤓

We commonly see male patients for:

◽️Wellness labs…. We partner with Quest Diagnostics who also partners with Cleveland HeartLab to bring you the most up to date serum labs for preventative health screenings. Some of these labs can discover insulin resistance, thyroid irregularities, vitamin deficiencies, fatty liver risk, and cardiovascular risk scores. 📄

◽️Hormone Testing and Treatment… Yes, this includes the DUTCH test! It is made for men and women to give a complete look at hormones, cortisol, cortisone, and organic acids! ✅

◽️Hair Restoration…. This is done with PRP and has minimal downtime. ❌⏳

◽️Testosterone Pellet Insertion… These are typically inserted every 3-4 months and labs are closely monitored to make sure your dose is adequate. 📈

◽️PRP Injections….. This quick procedure uses your own healthy platelets to promote soft tissue repair in knees, shoulders, elbows, and hips. 🩸

I just spent a few days in my favorite city learning some new things for . I’ll be talking more about that later, but first I wanted to answer the number one question people ask me and my staff! ❔❔

“WHAT IS THE DUTCH TEST?”

Precision Analytical Inc. is a well researched company who has developed several different dried urine tests to evaluate many things. Their DUTCH Complete test is their most popular test. It combines a thorough evaluation of your hormones (and their metabolites), cortisol, and cortisone levels. It also has an additional page at the end that can evaluate some other interests such as levels of nutritional organic acids, gut health, and sleep quality. 📊

You perform the test at home starting at 5 pm one evening and finishing two hours after you wake the next morning! You label and pack everything up in your provided shipping bag and send it off. The shipping is prepaid! It’s SO EASY! 📬

My biggest question is if the DUTCH test is covered by insurance. Unfortunately any saliva or urine hormone testing is not currently covered by insurance. Some of my patients use their HSA/FSA funds if their policy allows them to do so to pay for the DUTCH test. 🙂

Your results take about two weeks. I sit down with you and review the test in detail and develop a treatment plan for you! All results and treatment plans are very individualized! 📋

Any visit with me as a provider or additional serum labs are billed to insurance! 📩
