"The art of healing is a unique gift, and it is not one to be approached and exercised casually. Understanding that my calling in this world is to prefer others, and knowing that my abilities are designed for the benefit of those around me, I refuse to ignore the desperate need for healing in this world. I commit to live out the calling that has been placed on my life to help bring such liberation."

Hello to all of my wonderful clients.

I know I don’t post in here much, and I’ve added many new clients who may not be in here yet, but I did want to post this in here as to not catch anyone off guard.

I am going to need to start charging for same-day cancellations as well as no-call/no-show.

I feel like I have been very gracious and probably a little too nice when it has come to last minute cancellations and no-call/no-shows since I have been in practice, but I am needing to start enforcing this policy immediately.

This will also be posted as a reminder on the wall, under my price sheet at my office.

Thank you for understanding.

My friends, my clients...I had to hop on here tonight to first of all say "thank you" for sticking with me in a crazy year. I obviously couldn't do what I do without you - so thank you for being faithful and constant. I also want to wish you the happiest New Year, as we look forward to turning a long awaited page in just a few hours.

I also wanted to say that I am honored and blessed to be able to take care of you guys, and it makes me so happy to see each of you regularly.

Finally - because of this year - because of your regular visits, I was able to make my annual contribution to the One Egg program in Rwanda just a couple minutes ago. If you don't know what I am referring to, and you have always wondered what the pictures on my wall are all about - THIS IS IT!

The One Egg program provides sponsored preschools in Rwanda (and other countries) with an egg a day for the kids who come to school - I felt led by the Lord a few years ago to contribute to this organization - so I set aside a percentage of every dollar that I bring in, in order to donate toward this organization at the end of the year. So - that means that YOU are contributing to the health and wellbeing of these sweet children half a world away.

I am so excited to let you know that not only was I able to support my regular village - Gataraga - but I also had enough saved to support an additional village for this upcoming year. My heart is so full, and I am so grateful. You need to know that YOUR contribution is improving the lives of some precious children in an amazing country.

So THANK YOU! I look forward to being able to help even more villages in the future! You guys are such a blessing. Happy New Year!

Just a friendly reminder for all of my wonderful clients🧡

With my massage practice being closed down for 6 weeks, I have a lot of clients whose appointments had to be canceled (the end of March, and all of April). With me just being able to go back work again within the last week, those canceled clients were the very first to be re-scheduled. After contacting all of them, I was able to continue by scheduling those who have since requested an appointment. We are talking around 70-80 appointments, so as you can imagine, that means I was quickly booked out numerous weeks...

That being said, please know a couple of important things...

1) If you were one of my clients that I rescheduled, and you have had to cancel your updated appointment, I completely understand that things come up, but because of the amount of clients who I have already scheduled/rescheduled in the upcoming weeks, the chances of me getting you in the following week are very small, as those spots have already been filled. I appreciate your patience, but I will have to offer you my next available appointment.

2) If you did not have a scheduled appointment before I closed down, I will schedule you as soon as I am able to. Please know, if you request an appointment "tomorrow" or "this week", I will most likely not have any availability that quickly, but I will offer you my first opening.

In order for me to allow enough time for cleaning and sanitizing my room properly between clients, I cannot book people back-to-back. Also, this job is very physically demanding, so if you guys want me as your LMT for a while, I will need to be very wise regarding how many clients I see in a day/week 😉

Lastly, please know how grateful I am for your business and your patience during this time. I look forward to the next time I can see each of you.

Stay well.

I’ve been busy getting this room functional again after being closed down for over a month. Thank you to everyone for being so patient while I’ve had to wait for the go-ahead to re-open. Thank you, as well, for sticking with me and supporting me during this interesting season.

I have already been scheduling clients - starting with those who’s appointments in March and April were canceled. I have also been building a running list of people who have requested appointments outside of those initial re-schedules. If you have requested an appointment, know that I will be contacting you soon (if I haven’t already), and I look forward to scheduling your appointment!

I’m respectfully requesting that you please be mindful of your health before you come to your scheduled appointment (as we all have been for the past 6 weeks). No symptoms (cough, fever, loss of taste/smell). No recent travel outside of the country, or to states where COVID-19 is prominent. No recent contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19. If you fit any of these descriptions, I’ll strongly suggest that we re-schedule your appointment for at least 14 days later. This is much appreciated as I will be in close contact with multiple massage clients as well as members of the gym where I coach.

Know that I am taking measures to make sure that you are comfortable within my massage room. I will be sanitizing and disinfecting my room between appointments (this will lead to less appointments in a day & more time between appointments), and will make my space as safe as I am able to.

Thank you again for your business, for your patience and for being such incredible clients. I will see you soon!

Hello to all of my wonderful clients! Let me first start by saying, you are all missed, and my treatment room has been very sad and quiet for the last month.

A lot of you have been asking about a "re-open" date and when I can start working again. I have not heard news yet regarding a definitive date when I can begin taking appointments, however I do want to let you know that when I am able to schedule, I will need to start by scheduling those whose appointments I canceled first.

I have a running list of people who's appointments were canceled in the end of March, and of course, throughout April as well. I will post on here when I am able to work again. I will definitely be taking appointments and scheduling everyone, but please know it may not be immediate that I am able to get you in if you were not previously scheduled, but I will do my best to get you in ASAP! So thank you in advance for your patience.

I also wanted to extend my deepest appreciation to you guys during this time when I have not been able to take clients. SO any of you have purchased gift cards for future appointments, and some were so so generous to me even before I had to shut down, and I cannot say thank you enough. Your thoughtfulness and kindness is such a blessing to me.

My sheets are all clean, neatly folded and ready for all of you! I can't wait to see you again! Be safe, and stay healthy! 🧡

My heart is heavy tonight, but the news I bring you is not a surprise to me. I am actually surprised that it did not come earlier.

But as of this afternoon, Governor Hutchinson mandated that all Massage Therapists stop working in order to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

I want to be sure to honor our leadership in this season, so I will be temporarily canceling my upcoming appointments, with the hopes of rescheduling sooner rather than later. I will be keeping my eyes on the news as to when it is safe to practice again.

So if I did have you scheduled for a massage in the near future, you can expect a text or phone call from me discussing the current situation. You can also be expecting that I will be reaching out to reschedule you as soon as I am able to work on people again.

GOOD NEWS - I am still able to sell Gift Certificates and RockTape products, so if you are needing either of those, please do not hesitate to reach out.

I cannot express how appreciative I am for each of my clients - I wouldn’t be the massage therapist that I am without you! So thank you for supporting and loving me so well. We’ll make it through this.
I am sure of it.

Be well. We will talk soon 🧡
