A little ahead of October 1st, but noteworthy! October is recognized as National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM)! Per the U.S. Department of Labor's website, NDEAM began in 1945 and is "an annual recognition of the positive impact of people with disabilities in the American workforce." Our organization's job coaching services advocates this impact and provides assistance in obtaining and sustaining competitive employment.
