This certification recognizes the dedication of physicians, nurses, and care teams who are committed to the best practices in infant safe sleep, ensuring the highest standard of care for the youngest patients.

Cribs for Kids® is a national safe sleep initiative dedicated to reducing infant mortality by providing education to families and showcasing best practices. The Safe Sleep practices are rooted in recommendations made by the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the research demonstrates that families do at home what they see done in the hospital.

It is recommended that women aged 21 and above schedule an annual appointment with their ob-gyn, during which your provider will perform an exam that can detect lumps or cysts for early disease detection. National breast cancer statistics show that 1-in-8 women will develop invasive breast cancer in their lifetime. Early detection is key when it comes to fighting breast cancer.
