If you’ve been to the Mayflower location (Progressive Therapy by FYZICAL) then you’ve likely seen our newest member of the office, Aubrey Williams! She graduated from Harding earlier this year and is working part time answering phones and billing while she applies to dental school. It has been amazing to have her step up and take on so many responsibilities. If she’s not helping us out, you can find her hunting, reading, working out, or hanging out with her husband Tyler!

It’s Monday again and we are so happy to introduce our newest office support staff member, Brooklyn Freeling! She’s new to the therapy world, but she has already caught on quick to all things Fyzical. She’s a Greenbrier native, and we have been loving getting to know all about her adorable niece and outdoor hobbies!

Our last physical therapist to introduce is Brad Smith MS, PT! He is our most experienced clinician as he graduated from UCA in 2001 and has been in several settings since then, including home health, outpatient, and acute. He previously worked at Mayflower (Progressive Therapy by FYZICAL) years ago when it was a singular location, and it only feels right he has returned to be our full time therapist in the same location. He’s always got the best sense of humor with patients, and we always know his patients leave with less pain than when they walked in. When he’s not working you may catch him hanging out with his family, selling some fireworks, or even teaching a gun safety course!

It’s Monday and we’re proud to introduce you to Tyler Williams, our Marketing Director and Billing Specialist! Tyler is always on the move trying to help our patients with billing questions and keep our doctors up to date on anything they need. He enjoys learning about all aspects of therapy so he can best advocate for our patients, and you can often find him in the therapy gym asking questions and making sure patients are having the best experience possible. If you see him, make sure to congratulate him on his recent engagement to Aubrey!

Meet our newest staff member, Nels Paskalides PTA! He joined our team in October of 2024 and works in both our Mayflower (Progressive Therapy by FYZICAL) and Conway (FYZICAL) locations. He is great at making sure each patient has one on one attention so they continue to reach their goals, and he has received some of the best reviews when it comes to patient care. If you happen to see him for an appointment, he and his wife (and their two adorable dogs) recently moved here and they are always looking for recommendations on nearby food and experiences!
