At Studio SKIN, we understand that life can get busy and things can come up unexpectedly. We value our clients' time and strive to accommodate them to the best of our abilities, but we also need to ensure that our schedules are respected as they are how we make our living. Therefore, we require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled appointment, while cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a 100% fee. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will also result in a 100% fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, and we look forward to providing you with excellent service at Studio SKIN.
