Small piece of advice.

If you actively seek out the paid services of a doctor, provider, therapist, counselor, trainer, coach, etc.

Do not spend the first couple weeks/months making the same old excuses for why you cannot do the things they are recommending you do.

Then wonder why and blame externally for the lack of results.

You will NEVER get out of the situation you are in until you stop believing, thinking, saying and doing the things that got you there.

In my experience, and opinion, the biggest barriers to “success” are personality and character.

Not care plans, diagnosis, labs, treatments, methods, systems, macros or programming.

This is the real reason why most seek out and need help. To change WHO they are, whether they know it or not.

Eveyone does not have the same 24 hours in a day. But everyone has 24 hours in a day.

There is someone out there who has way more on their plate, more responsibilities, more problems, more kids, more activities, more stress, less time, less resources, less help doing the things you make excuses about and refuse to do.

Sunshine 🌞 , grounding , steak 🥩 and some good angle shadow flexing 💪🏻 got the summer lean out in full effect.

The spring bulk did me kinda dirty this year.

Strong but heavy and slow 🤣🦛
Seemed like I was feeling every injury I’ve had in 35 years 🤷🏻‍♂️🤕

Down 10lbs in 2 weeks.

Morning walks. More protein. Minimum effective dose calisthenic workouts. Sprinkles of “easy” cardio. Hard training on the mat where it counts for me. Inflammation down. Body comp changing.

You shouldn’t feel guilty for wanting to LOOK better.

Cooking is non-negotiable.

Learn how and make time to cook.

Even if someone else cooks the majority of the meals in your house.

You still have to be able to cook the types of food that you like, with the best quality ingredients, with the right quantity for your goal.

That’s where long term results come from.

No matter what dietary theory and practice you utilize. Either way, you have to produce or buy, prep, cook and clean up to go along with the eating.

Everyone is busy. Family. Businesses. Sport. Hobbies. Travel. Events. Holidays.

In their own special way. (Debatable, let’s talk about it)

We all may not have the same 24 hours in a day. But we do all have 24 hours in a day.

You can structure and manage it effectively or it will get away from you.

The faster you figure out how to do this buy/prep/cook/clean process efficiently and consistently within your budget, in your life

or how to outsource it fully, the better.
