Feeling very thankful today for my cardiologist, Dr. Odle (in the black top), and his outstanding team at Conway Medical Center. I’ve seen my fair share of doctors over 59 years, and he truly ranks among the best…brilliant, compassionate, and genuinely kind.

As many of you know, I was dealing with some pesky premature ventricular contractions back in August. While working through that, we also discovered a bit of plaque buildup in a couple of arteries. So, I made some changes. I cleaned up my diet, moved toward a Mediterranean lifestyle (not perfect, but far better than before!), and Dr. Odle adjusted a few medications.

Today’s checkup brought great news: my blood pressure and blood work are all trending exactly where they should be. In Dr. Odle’s own words, “your numbers are gorgeous!”

A huge thank you to Dr. Odle and the entire staff for taking such wonderful care of me, and for surprising me with a birthday serenade. How cool is that?

Meet Sandra Farnum, AG-ACNP-BC, MSN, BSN, RN! 🎉

After moving to Myrtle Beach from Virginia, Sandra discovered her passion for weight loss medicine while working in a med spa. Watching family members struggle to find quality care on their weight loss journeys inspired her to provide the compassionate, expert support that people deserve.

"Having someone be healthy is a lot better than having them be unhealthy," Sandra shares. "Weight loss is really important to me."
What makes Sandra different? She believes in realistic, sustainable changes—no drastic measures that are impossible to maintain. Small, attainable goals? Those count just as much!

Sandra's love for medicine started in high school when she took a CNA class and was instantly hooked. "I was always grasping at medical knowledge," she remembers. That curiosity and dedication to learning has shaped her entire career.
