As an adjuster, you work hard to provide the best for your clients. You are mindful of their needs and do the very best to take great care of each claim. You love what you do but your biggest need besides needing more time in the day is eyes and ears in the field!

Your day flies by and before you know it you have multiple new claims coming in, current claims are getting out of control and no time to gather medicals or obtain a return to work status. You would pay any amount of money to attend the appointment with the Injured Worker and have that face to face contact with the Provider. If only there was a way to explain to the doctor that this is a pre-existing injury or to have them approve light duty accommodations. Who has time to have a great professional rapport with all the work comp providers right?

What you need most is a partner you can trust! A Professional Nurse Case Management company that is reputable and knowledgeable. You need the medical knowledge that a JMS Nurse Case Manager provides. Have you ever had a partner who creates action plans to get the Injured Worker to claims’ resolution quickly and of course in a cost-effective way? Maybe you just need assistance gathering medical records. You need those boots on the ground! You need a Registered Nurse that will attend each appointment with the Injured Worker, that will be there to provide support to the Injured Worker and answer questions to keep them from calling your phone constantly. Sounds like more free time already!
