“It’s definitely a Monday!” What does that mean when say that? Typically Monday is a “dreaded” day BUT when this is your weekend and you squeeze all the life in the best way over the weekend, coming back to a job you LOVE is a JOY!!! It’s such a good Monday because the energy-body/mind/soul is restored and renewed and all the cups are running over-family cup/friend cup/fitness cup/future cup/faith cup/fun cup/finance cup(always hardest one)!!! Live a life that embraces the JOY of Monday!!! We’ LOVE to see you this week. I’m adjusting with help of extern Mariah Mon Tues Thurs 9-12 2-6 and Wed 8-12 2-5 and Fri 8-12:30.
