Nice little chart. Simplified and not comprehensive, but it gets the job done.

Professionally and personally speaking, magnesium glycinate works great for anxiety and sleep. A dose of 200-400mg when feeling anxious and/or 1-2 hours before bed works well for most. Many people could avoid the use of anxiety meds with the use of magnesium glycinate. It also helps with high blood pressure.

We offer a reacted magnesium on our website store that contains: dimagnesium malate, citrate, and glycinate. Depending on sensitivity, the citrate can cause loose stools. But most seem to tolerate well.
