I'm ashamed to say it's been a long time since I've made a post here.
So this is what it is...

In 2019 I was in a wreck that shattered my left arm, damaged my head and back a little bit. That put me out for a couple years.
(An LMT can put their license on hold for a total of 4 years.)

By June of 2021 I had saved enough money to pay for the continuing educatuons and reactivate my license.

However, on June 29th 2021, I was in worse motorcycle wreck enroute into Conway on on highway 286.
I broke my neck, I broke my back in 3 places, my ribs too. My head was split open a little bit. And, I had a decent amount of road rash to my face, knees, hands and arms. With the help of the state highway patrol, the driver got away free as a bird....

Anyhow... I probably won't make the deadline to reactivate my license... But, I can reapply for a new license and start from square one.

I appreciate you all for sticking around. I am not giving up. I fully intend to return to this line of work and I am so sorry for the inconvenience..

Hello all. Yeah I'm still closed. I fear I won't make the deadline on my continuing education certifications in time to reopen. But I am not giving up.😅

I apologize for being closed so long... I have been saving up money to re-open.
Unfortunately, I was in another motorcycle wreck last june.😔
This one was pretty serious.
I am going to physical therapy and working diligently towards my recovery.
I still fully intend to come back to the massage field.
Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience... Best wishes to you all.

Howdy all...
It's been 1 year since my accident. I've made an almost full recovery. I've been working on rebuilding my strength. However, I'll be partially disabled for the rest of my life. That being said, I can only do massage part-time.
Moving right along....
I want to reopen my practice. And, I want to know my customer's opinion on setting up a office on my property versus renting an office in the city.
Please give me your feedback! I will answer any questions as best as I can.

Well, I will be temporarily closing the business, until just after the new year. I'm unable to return to work as a massage therapist at this time.

If you bought a Groupon I would recommend contacting the company and getting a refund as soon as possible.

I had a doctor's appointment today... My recovery is going well. I'm told before I can go back to work, I have to go through physical therapy. I'll know more about that within 24 hours hopefully.
I AGAIN, apologize for the inconvenience and delay.😔😥

The cast is off I have a follow-up appointment at beginning of the month.
I'm looking forward to being done with this fiasco so I can go back to work. 😒😔

Status update: Surgery is done. I've got a titanium plate in my wrist. I've had to hire a lawyer to make sure that I am compensated for the time that I am down.

Injuries are as listed...
Closed head injury minor, concussion, whiplash, chest contusion, rib bruising, abdominal wall contusion, bruised right femur, bruised left ankle. Broken wrist with a possible hair line facture lower on.
I could be down as little as three months... I'll know when I start physical therapy.
