I work at Restored Life Counseling in Conway, AR and am very passionate about helping those I work with to have more fully engaged lives. I am deeply invested in creating a comforting, hopeful environment for my clients, in a world that is difficult to exist in. I love to provide evidence-based treatments, especially EMDR, that have shown to be helpful but I also seeks to help people to fully heal in mind, body, and spirit. I have a particular passion for working with those who have been impacted by trauma. It is a great honor to be allowed to participate in this courageous work and see first-hand the beauty that can be created out of these dark places. I am married and have two boys. I enjoy cooking, reading, and being in nature. Education & Experience

I have my Masters in Social Work from University of Central Arkansas at Little Rock and have been licensed as a therapist since 2014 and licensed as a Certified Social Worker since 2016 but I have worked in the mental health field since 2010.
