Conyers - Rockdale County Residents, do you know someone with special needs that first responders should know about?

Under Logan’s Law (HB 631), the Conyers Police Department created a Logan’s List, a secure database for individuals with physical, mental, or neurological conditions. This will help our agency provide the right care in emergencies.

Complete the form today and ensure we have the information needed to respond with understanding and compassion. Your privacy is protected, and the information will only be used by emergency personnel.
