Find someone to talk to so you can process and determine how to protect your mental health. Use your EAP benefits, make sure you know your behavior and mental health benefits for insurance and USE YOUR BENEFITS to help yourself be your best self when things seem less than okay.

It's getting close to the beginning of the school year. Some of us go back next week, and others later. Either way, we have an opportunity to help set out little ones up for success. Consider starting your bedtime and wake up routines at least a week before school so your family is easily adjusting to the schedule.

They're children. Even a high school student is a child. Direction and a set-up for success is the key.
