Homework for the Week of 04.21.2026 – 04.27.2026

You should feel very confident at this point as you traveled from Beta to Theta and back up again last week.

This week, when a stressful moment arrives, rate that level of stress from 1 (not so bad) to 10 (I am losing my mind) and fire off your anchor by squeezing your thumb and forefinger- taking a deep breath (in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth) and releasing the tension between those 2 points (allowing yourself to slip into Alpha)...

Take another deep breath and rate your level of stress again.

Play with this throughout the week.

Hello Everyone!

I just wanted to send a quick note of thanks to everyone once again for being a part of this wonderful community that we are bringing together.

I appreciate all of you so very much.

The website has been updated with the homework for the upcoming week.

I will also be working over the next few days to get better quality audio onto the platform that I am using.

The plan is to upload, in the immediate future, the meditation that we did together on Tuesday.

Last night's gathering was truly an amazing experience. We were gifted with a sound bowl healing and meditation from Tara Huchel-nestich (come check out the Boo-tique yall...they have all kind of amazing classes and events) we had nearly all of our regulars in attendance and even a few new faces. The sharing, the love...it is all so very powerful and enriching. I will let everyone know when the website is updated with new meeting dates and other news. If you have not done so already, please email me at conyershealingcircle@gmail.com to be included on upcoming events, and other fun stuff...to include homework from yesterday's class...everything is free and readily available to all who are interested. Tons of love to you all! 🥰
