Alex provides mental health care for children ages 6+ and adults, helping each person thrive through life’s challenges and goals. Outside the clinic, Alex enjoys gardening, reading, playing with her dog, and baking for friends and family.

The ToothSavers campaign from 2min2x.org is an interactive initiative aimed at helping children develop good brushing habits. Through a fun mobile game and engaging characters, kids are encouraged to brush their teeth for two minutes, twice a day. The campaign also provides resources for parents to support their children's oral health and emphasizes that consistent brushing can help "save" teeth from cavities and decay, just like a hero would!

Getting vaccinated doesn’t just protect you, it helps protect everyone around you, too! Vaccines help stop the spread of serious diseases, especially for those who can’t get vaccinated yet, like young children or people with certain medical conditions. Thanks to immunizations, many dangerous diseases have become rare, and we can keep it that way by staying up to date on our shots.

MSHSL (Minnesota State High School League) requires sports physicals for all incoming 7th graders and every three years after (usually incoming 10th graders).
