Join us next Saturday, April 18th from 5-8pm for the opening reception of “Ways of the World”, a solo exhibition by local artist, Michael David Ballard’s!

Michael is a painter and tattooer originally from Baltimore, MD currently living and working in Cookeville, TN. He works with a mixed media of liquid acrylic, ink, pencil, and watercolor in an approach rooted in American and Japanese tattoo traditions. In “Ways of the World”, Michael will have both original paintings and some art prints on view and for sale in our Fiddlehead Gallery.

We hope you can join us for the opening night, April 18th from 6-8pm. The exhibition will be on view until May 30th.

We are stocked up on the amazing Cookeville prints and art prints from a solo exhibit, The Impracticality of Youth, we hosted back in 2022 by our late friend and local artist .art.

A majority of the proceeds from any sale of Jesse’s work in our shop go towards his Memorial Scholarship Endowment put together by his family and . Today is the second year this scholarship is being awarded to a student in his memory.
