Alice is a Chattanooga native, mom of three, and proud grandmother of two—affectionately known as “Gemma” by her grandbabies. With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she has dedicated her career to supporting the elderly and individuals with disabilities through compassionate, person-centered care.

Alice previously built and operated a caregiving business from the ground up, an experience that deepened her commitment to quality care and meaningful relationships. After choosing to change her path, she is excited and grateful to be part of the Silver Angels team, continuing the work she loves.

Outside of work, Alice enjoys spending time with family and friends, singing karaoke when she gets the chance, and sharing good food—especially hibachi and Mexican.
