Want an easy breakfast that’s packed with protein but also toddler approved and it’s a great prep meal, well I introduce you to the Dutch Baby! Each slice is roughly 18g of protein and only 340kcal! I topped mine with honey and lightly powered mine with date sugar but you can eat it with berries syrup or just by itself! Go try this easy recipe this week!

Im an exclusive pumper and this is my current supply. My supply dropped for a while to the point I wasn’t making enough to feed my baby and while im all for gaining more patients, I do not believe in keeping good information to myself. I increased my supply by drinking a 50/50 ratio of coconut water with pineapple juice 2 times a day and eating anywhere from 4-6 energy balls a day.

Want a sweet satisfying but still fulfilling snack, go try out this recipe! Rich in protein (almonds and peanut butter), omega 3 (coconuts), magnesium (coconuts and dark chocolate), fiber and more! Plus it’s toddler approved! 👍🏼
*I did replace almond butter with peanut butter only because I ran out of almond butter*

Made some dandelion tea from our backyard! 🌼Dandelions are not weeds but a super nutritious treat! Super rich in vitamin K, C, A and can help glucose regulation!
Dandelion tea:
- Pick enough flours to fill 1/4 cup
- wash thoroughly to wash off bugs and dirt (would not use dandelions if you spray pesticides)
- steep in boiling water for 5-10 minutes
- add in sweetener (we added local honey)
- enjoy!

*my toddler drank the whole 2 cups we made😁

Found these at Aldi! GF and V easy meals filled with plant based protein and veggies. $3.39 for each bag. This is a cheaper and quick meal than eating out. Highly recommend giving these a try!

As a mom of 2, I have a tendency to burn food but on here to remind you that meals do not have to be fancy or complicated. However, a general rule I have is to have 3 different colors on our plates. Mine doesn’t have a fruit but spinach and orange bell peppers are present in my bowl.

Happy Recipe Monday! Eggplants are one of the many vegetables in season and provide many nutrients! This is a super easy recipe and one of my personal favorites. Even my 2 year old enjoys this one!

Happy Recipe Monday! Every time I go to the local farmer's market, I see a ton of tomatoes. There are a ton of colors, green yellow and of course red. Yellow tomatoes are generally sweeter and less acidic, so these ones are better for those who struggle with acid reflux.

Happy recipe Monday! This is the last full week in June, so we are ending this with some tasty peach breakfast cookies! When I make these, I always add chia seeds or pumpkin seeds to add more protein. For any breastfeeding moms out there, this can help increase supply too.
