Getting Real with Abby The goal of my page is providing a venue about mental health and social issues, and creating a dialog and enjoying a few laughs.

There is such stigma about mental health and social concerns that people are too quick to hush, look the other way and not want to deal with the issues that are staring us all in the face. We cannot continue to ignore these issues as the repercussions are enormous.
