How can you hire one of our Doulas?

Step 1: Reach out to us via DM or email (birthconnections.uc@gmail.com) with the following information.
First & Last Name
If you are looking for a Birth or Postpartum Doula (or Both)
Estimated Due Date or Baby's Birth Date
Provider Name
Place of Delivery

Step 2: A group text will be sent out to the collective, to see who is available. If someone is available, those Doulas will reach out to you, to schedule a consultation. The collective owner will reach out to you to let you know which Doula(s) will be contacting you.

Step 3: After you have done the consultation. You pick which Doula you would like to hire. The Doula of your pick will walk you through her process.

And it's really that easy! Our hope is that we make finding a Doula a stress free experience..

*All of our Doulas are independent contractors, who own their own business. BCUC simply helps you find the Doula who is right for you.

It has been a busy week with multiple prenatals and now to end the week I get to drop this off for one of my first time mamas! Have a great weekend everyone!

*Being on call means that as soon as my mama is 38 weeks my phone is turned on and LOUD, this is 24/7 until baby is born.

*My life does not stop but at the any moment I may have to leave where I am and head to a birth.

*I try to stay close to my home or in town where I know there is WiFi and a signal so I don’t miss anything.

*I keep in touch with my mama every couple of days to check in on her and see how her Dr/ midwife appointments go.

*im available all day for emails, phone calls or texts from my moms or their husbands who are starting to get anxious in anticipation for their wife to do the most amazing thing our bodies can do.
