It has taken me personally YEARS to learn that we don’t have to repress, suppress, be ashamed of, or ignore emotions. Emotions are essential and so important; like sacred messengers letting us know when to pay attention and be aware.

I pray these simple tips become life changing for you as they have been for me 💖✨

✨ Notice

"I feel anxious."
Recognizing your feelings is the first step toward understanding them.

✨ Acknowledge

"Hey there anxiety, you're back again."
It's okay to greet your emotions instead of pushing them away.

✨ Accept

"It makes sense why you're here considering the current situation and my triggers."
Understanding the reasons behind your feelings can bring clarity.

✨ Act (sometimes)

"I wonder if there's anything I need to change or do to soothe and help myself."
