Happy Pelvis will be taking a short pause as I prepare to welcome our newest little family member! 💕

➡️ My last day seeing clients will be October 29, 2025
➡️ I’ll be on maternity leave November 1, 2025 – February 3, 2026
➡️ I’ll be back in the clinic starting February 4, 2026

Back in April, I had the privilege of speaking at the Breastfeeding USA - Cookeville, TN Chapter monthly support group. A huge thank you to Stephanie Ross for the warm welcome and for allowing me to come share with this incredible group of mamas. It was such a joy to connect, educate, and support women in their postpartum journeys.

If you’re a new or expecting mom looking for support, community, or just a safe space to ask questions—this group is for you! The Breastfeeding Support Group meets on the first Saturday of every month at Diana Health (317 N Hickory Avenue, Cookeville, TN).
