After pregnancy and birth, it’s common to feel like your core and pelvic floor just aren’t talking anymore.
360 breathing helps rebuild that connection.
By expanding the rib cage and belly on the inhale, then gently engaging from the pelvic floor upward on the exhale, we retrain the core and pelvic floor to work together.
This is something I personally re-implemented in weeks 1–2 of my own postpartum recovery.
Not to “strengthen” right away, but to reconnect, restore awareness, and support healing without pressure or strain.
💡 While this breath is especially helpful postpartum, it’s beneficial at any stage of life, and a powerful reset if you’ve ever felt disconnected, weak, or unsure how to engage your core again.
Gentle doesn’t mean ineffective.
It means intentional.
