❤️ Some simple things to remember when it comes to gut health…
1️⃣ Roughly only 40% of the microbiome is shared with half the population, that means the other 60% of it is individualized. So what works for your friend may not work for you.
2️⃣ Healing the gut takes TIME! It is a process, we are healing and rebuilding a system! (Think about it this way…sometimes we just need to remodel a room, sometimes we have to bulldoze the house…. change takes time😉)
3️⃣ These are the items we go after when it comes to gut health, it’s not just about bacteria. We look at maldigestion, inflammation, dysbiosis, metabolic imbalances, and infection.

😴 Sleep is critical for healing, restoring, cleansing and rejuvenating your cells, mitochondria, mind and your body. Do not ignore the signals!
Sleep Tips:
➕ Sleep in a cool, dark, room
➕ Follow the 3-2-1 rule. No food 3 hours before bed, no liquid 2 hours and no blue light 1 hour before bed
➕The adrenals recover between the hours of 10pm to 2 am. The goal is to be ASLEEP by 10pm
