❄️ Snow Day Fun at Grandview Post Acute! ❄️

Today’s snowy weather gave us the perfect excuse to create a little winter magic here at Grandview Post Acute! Our residents had so much fun making snow cream using fresh snow, sweet treats, and lots of laughter. 🍨☃️

There’s something special about turning a snowy day into a sweet memory. Watching our residents enjoy this simple childhood favorite brought so many smiles and reminded us that joy can be found in the little things.

Days like today are what make Grandview feel like home. ❤️

This week we proudly celebrate Social Worker Week, and we want to give a very special shoutout to our amazing social worker, Phyllis! 💙

Phyllis brings compassion, patience, and kindness to Grandview every single day. She is a constant advocate for our residents and families, always making sure their voices are heard and their needs are met. Whether she’s offering guidance, support, or simply a comforting smile, Phyllis makes a meaningful difference in the lives of so many.

We are so grateful for the heart she brings to our team and the care she shows our residents. Thank you, Phyllis, for everything you do — you truly make Grandview a better place!

There was some friendly competition happening at Grandview Post Acute today! 🎯

Our residents had a great time participating in a horseshoe activity, showing off their aim and enjoying plenty of laughs along the way. Activities like these keep everyone moving, smiling, and spending quality time together.

It’s safe to say the competition was strong and the fun was even stronger! 💙

Today, the team at Grandview Post Acute remembers the lives lost and the families forever changed by the tornado that devastated Putnam County on March 3, 2020.

Five years later, our community still carries the memories of that night. We remember the lives taken too soon, the families impacted, and the incredible strength that followed in the days and months after.

Through the tragedy, Putnam County showed the true meaning of community. Neighbors helped neighbors, strangers became friends, and together we rebuilt stronger than before.

Today we honor those we lost and continue to keep their loved ones in our hearts. Grandview Post Acute stands with our community in remembrance.

Today at Grandview Post Acute, we had the most precious little visitors — BABY CHICKS! 🐣💛

Our residents absolutely lit up holding and watching these tiny bundles of fluff. There’s something so special about the joy animals bring — the smiles, the laughter, and the sweet memories they spark.

Moments like these remind us that it’s the simple things that make the biggest impact. 💕

We had the sweetest time celebrating love, laughter, and friendship at our Valentine Dance! Our Grandview residents filled the room with smiles, great music, and plenty of heart. 💃🕺

Your energy, compassion, and helping hands made the night truly magical. From dancing with residents to helping with photos, decorations, and treats—you made every moment shine. ✨
