I have been working with youth, families and individuals for over 15 years. I strive to work on building positive relationships and working on how those relationships shape our lives. I have extensive experience working with trauma, abuse survivors and couples therapy.

I use cognitive behavior therapy, family therapy and trauma informed care in order to make positive changes in the lives of my clients.
