Tennessee Pediatric & Adolescent Center We offer Quality Medical Care for your Child from Birth through Adolescence. We offer cryotherapy as well.

Tennessee Pediatric & Adolescent Center offers Quality Medical Care for Children from Birth through 21 years of age. We have four wonderful providers in our office with over 40 years of combined experience in meeting the health care needs of children. Our two board certified Nurse Practitioners and Board certified Physicians Assistant are ready and waiting to see your children for all their healthcare needs. Dr Chakrabarty oversees all of our providers and make sure that all the guidelines are being closely followed. We can see your child for almost any reason that arises, from well child visits to IV fluids in the office so you don't have to sit in the ER all night while your child is sick. We also manage all behavior health issues and can do many procedures in the office from circumcision to suturing. Please call us with all of your healthcare needs, we are here for you and would love to care for your child.

For the safety of our patients, families, and staff, due to weather conditions, all appointments at Upper Cumberland Rural Health Clinic Pediatrics locations will be conducted via telemedicine on Monday, January 26.

This applies to our Sparta and Cookeville locations.

Our care teams will be happy to see your child virtually and answer any questions you may have.

Tennessee Pediatric and Adolescent Center invites all tweens and teens to go join us at our first ever Fall Festival! We will have pumpkin paining, corn hole, Photo Booth, food and fun!

All aged 12+ are welcome to attend!

Come on out and join us for some health focused fun.
