Apex Podiatry is growing!
Please help us in welcoming Dr. Wendy McClain, DPM to our practice! Today is her first day and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have her working alongside Dr. Weary.
While Dr. McClain is new to Apex Podiatry, she is not new to podiatry. With 13 years of experience, Dr. McClain specializes in a multitude of foot-related conditions:

I have the best staff! And I was able to share my birthday with Sarah Beth Kennedy who also made us this beautiful cake all from scratch, including the butter and inside strawberry jelly! Thank you all for making me feel special.

In honor of Foot Health Awareness this month, tune into News Talk 94.1 tomorrow, April 10th, at 8 am to hear a special interview with Dr. Weary! Hosted by Drs. Jennifer Mabry and Emily Lee, many topics involving foot health were covered.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT! We are moving to 109 W. 6th St. Cookeville, TN.
Our office will be closed next week, April 7th through the 11th, as we make our final push into the new building. Renovations have been going on since last October and we are excited to open on April 14th.

This month we celebrate Breanna Allred and Alyson Guy as both have been with the practice for two years now! Breanna was hired at a very difficult time for our operation. We had struggled employing a full time medical assistant for any length of time. Aly was initially our receptionist but felt the urge to grow and she has excelled in the back office. We are excited to have both in our office treating patients alongside Dr. Weary. They are kindhearted, professional and hardworking. Thank you both for your hard work and dedication to the operation. We look forward to celebrating many more of these anniversaries in the years to come!

While the rest of the world got pay raises because of Covid inflation, the physicians keep getting less.
