We want to express our condolences to the Conrad family, but more than that, we want to express our deepest gratitude and admiration for Patty herself. For those of you who aren’t aware, long before Patty was a resident, she was our Director of Nursing. She was loved in both roles and will be missed. To be able to care for one who spent her entire life caring for others is the greatest honor. Rest easy, Patty.

Our Employee of the Month for December is Dorothy "Dot" Alloway. Dot has been an STNA with us for more than 30 YEARS!! We could say a lot about her dedication to her residents and the elderly population in general, but that length of service says it all! In addition to being rock solid dependable, Dot is also so very warm and friendly to everyone. She knows her residents so well that she often anticipates what they need even before they ask. Thank you, Dot, for all that you do and for being an angel on earth!

🎄 Community Christmas Celebration at the Belpre Senior Center 🎄

Belpre Landing Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Arcadia Valley, and Buckeye Hospice and Palliative Care Services were honored to sponsor today’s Christmas Dinner at the Belpre Senior Center.

A huge thank you to our Belpre Landing dietary team for preparing a wonderful Christmas meal, and to Buckeye Hospice for providing the delicious desserts.

Special thanks to Kayla, our Administrator at Arcadia Valley, for volunteering her time to help serve food and support this special event.

We also greatly enjoyed the beautiful performance by the Belpre Elementary School 3rd–6th grade choir, who brought holiday cheer to everyone in attendance. To make the day even more special, Santa made a surprise appearance, spreading smiles all around!

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a warm and memorable celebration for our seniors. ❤️🎅🎶

Our Employee of the Month is Vicky Adkins. Vicky recently stepped into the Assistant Director of Nursing role and we are so glad she did! Vicky has taken the time to get to know all of the staff and residents so that she is able to better understand their needs and wants. She is often the first face you see when you come into the building, and she always has that smile! Congratulations, Vicky!
