Today the crew helped out with the annual Tailgate Party we sponsor at the Belpre Senior Center with our sister facility Belpre Landing Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center as well as Generations Home Health Care Solutions, LLC, Buckeye Hospice and Palliative Care Services, Valor Ambulance Service, Lancaster House and The Vault! Great food by Chef Bryan, cash cube with Ohio State apparel winnings, amazing dessert , and, of course, bingo! We even had a special appearance by Brutus!

Our August Employee of the Month was Angela Denney! Angie is an STNA and has been with us for almost four years. Angie really takes the time to get to know the residents in her care. Knowing their preferences is important to her. Angie believes that you can't give the residents your best until you know what they consider your best, and we agree! Congratulations, Angie! Keep up the good work and never lose that oh so friendly personality of yours.

What a sweet way to end the summer at the Athens County Senior Center! 🍦 Our liaison, Tricia, hosted a delightful ice cream bar event. Everyone had a blast piling on their favorite toppings and sharing great conversations. Here's to cool treats and warm connections!

Our employee of the month for July is none other than Ruby Wears! Ruby was nominated by several people as she has been going above and beyond in her usual fashion. With her recent promotion to ADON, Ruby has shown a tremendous amount of growth as she steps into the new role. Ruby is such a constant rock in our building and she always cares for our residents and staff with gentleness.
